Warning #
Please read and follow the safety guidelines below to avoid the risk of electric shock, short circuit, fire, or serious injury.
Do Not Disassemble
Ground Central and Satellites contain no user-serviceable parts. Do not open or modify the internal components. The only exception is the four screws on the back of Ground Central, which may be removed solely for authorized expansion card replacement. If you notice any malfunction (e.g., unusual smell or smoke), stop using immediately and contact us via our support channels.
Avoid Exposure to Liquids
Do not expose your Constellation devices to rain, moisture, or any wet environments. Avoid placing containers with liquids on or near them to prevent spills.
If any liquid enters the device, immediately power it off, disconnect all power and USB-C cables, and have it inspected by qualified service personnel.
Abnormal Operation
If the product emits unusual smells, smoke, or behaves abnormally, disconnect it from power immediately and seek professional inspection.
Battery Handling (Satellites)
Satellites likely use rechargeable Li-ion batteries. Be cautious with battery usage:
Recharge only using a USB-C cable.
Do not attempt to disassemble or replace the internal battery components.
Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations. Do not discard as regular waste.
Firmware and Component Authenticity
Use only authorized firmware updates and hardware components. Installing unauthorized or modified firmware may cause device failure and void your warranty.
